Perfect place to stay with cozy, stylish rooms. The concierge staff is well informed, tickets for public travel is available (note: group tickets from 3-5 persons). For the night are electronic bars for food and drink at the entrance area. The place is very central and well connected to public travel. A perfect hotel for a relaxed stay in Hamburg.

We stayed here for four weeks (we have been Hapimag members for 32 years). The location is excellent: It is quite close to the train station (Hauptbahnhof), S-bahn and U-bahn. The connection to and from the airport is great. There were several very good supermarkets in the area. The staff is excellent and was always helpful and friendly. We had the studio apartment, which is a comfortable size, clean and well-appointed. My only complaints: the windows were not very effective in keeping the street noise out, and the main chair was very deep and needed more pillows in order to sit comfortably in it. There were plenty of things in Hamburg to keep us busy for our long stay. May was a good time for both weather and fewer tourists.

We stayed 4 nights in this excellent resort. It was very quiet and our room had plenty of space. Our bed was good and comfortable and as it is a fairly new resort everything was really well kept, very clean and everything was of high quality. The bathroom was very nice and large enough for 2 persons. It is near the main station and within a short walking distance of the main areas such as Rathaus, Jungfernsteg, Speicherstadt etc. and the main shopping streets. We had a cooking facility, but we only had breakfast as there are so many good restaurants in Hamburg. A delight was being able to drink Nespresso coffee as there is a machine in every room. When we come back to Hamburg we know where we will stay. The staff at the reception were very helpful when we had questions.
