You can find Apples within the Park Hyatt hotel, and the restaurant is amazing. The beef tartare starter was nothing but extraordinary! Service was on point as well. I would definitely consider eating here again

Nice restaurant with elegant ambience. Unfortunately, the food does not quite live up to the self-imposed standards and the associated prices. Although the ordered porterhouse steak was very well grilled, the meat itself was not of a very high quality, as it was still very chewy. The béarnaise was clotted. The remaining side dishes were very good, though. The staff is very friendly, but the service sometimes takes quite long. The bar can be recommended for a drink after dinner. There was nothing to complain about here.

I think this is the best resturant in Hamburg. I had the Coconut soap and lamb course. Both were really good. For soap lovers, lobster bisque is tastier in my opinion than coconut soap.

Was very good.
I suggest choosing the 5 or 7 course menu with the wine pairings. I was pleasantly surprised with the restaurant's choices of wines with each dish.
My favourite dish was the Bachsaibling (Brook Trout). It was absolutely perfect.
I also suggest sitting out on the Terrace. In my opinion it is a bit more quiet and relaxing than dining inside.
If you happen to be downtown, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Certainly not cheap, but the dishes are from very high quality ingredients you can taste and the execution was impressive. The staff is very considerate and friendly, the ambiance suffers a little from the fact that it is a hotel integrated facility. Overall i was very satisfied, but i am not sure if i would choose this location for a classic dinner out with my partner.
