Horrible customer service. I've been to gorgeous specialty coffee shops. That's not one of them.
I was standing on the front of the cashier. Young lady was more interested in counting bags on my left. Old lady piling up some boxes. After an awkward minute, I still tried to give them a chance because I was fooled by 4.7 rating. They took my order finally. Cold brew looked old, and there was a greasy layer on the top of the coffee instead of looking fresh as should be. The flavour profile was indeed similar to simply cold ordinary hot brewed coffee, not the flavours you'd expect to be extracted under low temperature. Sweet also anonymous. I'd say this is a tourist trap. Forget about the vintage looks of it, there's no substance.
