Was ok. Looks shady on the outside, but it was clean and comfortable inside. The Turkish resteraunt accross the street was AMAZING for breakfast and super cheap. Definitely worth a stay for a short overnight. Staff was very helpful and friendly over the phone. I would recommend it and use again for a quick rest to break up a long trip.

Im Damenbadezimmer (Duschraum ca. 1x1,5m) mittleres war die Duschstangenhalterung gebrochen. Im Schlafzimmer war der bereitgestellte Wasserkocher leider nicht nutzbar.... (Total verkalkt).
Fensterglas war kaputt.
Fernseher Zimmer 6 auch defekt.
Teppich super sauber und sehr weich zum laufen.

Nun ja für eine Nacht war es Ok ...
Wer nur ein Bett zum schlafen sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben.
Aber für längere Aufenthalte nicht empfehlenswert.

But others may feel uncomfortable with it.

Das Umfeld ist durchwachsen: Einerseits grüne Arbeiterwohngebiete, kleine einfache Gaststätten. Andererseits Wettbüro, Gewerbehallen, grimmige Typen mit Zigaretten, Bier und – der Chef – dickem, lautem Prollauto. Für uns war‘s ok, dass viele der Türen auch nachts offen stehen. Aber andere mögen sich dabei unwohl fühlen.

Kurz: Wegen Sauberkeit, Matratzen und Preis ok. Wegen der Nebenbedingungen trotzdem keine Empfehlung.
