Room was quite clean, but there was no soap for hands nor shampoo (only shower gel), only 1 common socket near all bed (room for 3), and pretty much weird to not have a real door in the shower. And there was no hair dryer.

Don't stay more than one night!! Ok for one night when doing a fast stop in Hamburg.
Small rooms where you step right into the bathroom when entering the room. Not suitable to share with professional colleges or people you don't know well. Small and quite uncomfortable beds. Also quite a distance to the Haupthbahnhof, 30-40 min walk. Maybe little too pricy for standard. We didn't expected that much so it was OK ????.

Small rooms, too hot to close the window, too noisy to open, even in the middle of the night. I wonder if they couldn’t have thought about it in advance. We had too little time to bother with the staff, who by the way seemed kind but unprofessional; the janitor did not replace our missing single use plastic mugs, the only thing we had in our rooms besides the soap. To be honest, the towels and the bathroom/shower seemed cleaned and were cleaned everyday. Price tag? 75 euros per room with three in each.
The 1 star is because I could not get a proper sleep through the whole stay.

Very cozy and tidy rooms for quick stays, totally bang for a buck. Excellent service at Holiday Inn check-in desk, albeit I was literally cheking-in to a couple-tenners-a-night hotel. Minor distractions and really didn't hear much noise.

The hands-off approach, rather good way of handling it, kinda liked it. Though it might be problematic at times of trouble.

Had a minor issue with the door, as seen on the picture.

The staff is friendly. But the hotel is just the bare minimum.

The beds are extremely narrow and short. There Ist not much space in the shower and even less in the WC. We had some problems opening the outer door and the garage, because of a false programming of our doorcards. The staff Ist friendly an helpfull. The view from the breakfast room is fantastic.

The rooms were slightly cosy and it was fairly difficult to navigate around. They have some shared facilities including a check in desk with the holiday Inn and another hotel.

The showers were absolutely freezing on the second day so we were allowed into the swimming pool and sauna belonging to the holiday Inn.
