Amazing club with perfects trainers.
I feel energetic atmosphere here even after a hard working day.
It’s perfect for putting all works stress away and going home more relax
All trainers are so supportive and kind and you can reach them whenever you need.

Absolute recommendation for this gym. It is always clean and well equipped. Had a flexibility test and introduction to the new egym machines with Vivi lately. We had a lot of fun and she’s a very professional trainer.

Great gym full of friendly trainers. The equipment is state-of-the art. I also went to a yoga class here and really enjoyed the instructor.

Walking into fitness first is like walking into the best version of yourself. You are immediately overwhelmed with confidence, support, and good vibes. I’m not sure how they did it but Fitness first has perfected the gym.

Upon walking in you are immediately welcomed by the most supportive and friendly staff who will go out of their way to help you any way you can, the perfect workout music and an ambiance I have never seen at another gym. Every corner of the gym is clean and carefully designed. The machines are always top notch. You can’t even walk by the building without feeling inspired to workout.

If you are on the search for not only a gym but a safe space to work on yourself I can only recommend the slice of heaven that is the Fitness First at Rödingsmarkt.

Super club with a great atmosphere, all the equipment you need and very friendly staff. Most definitely my favorite fitness first in Hamburg! Others might be bigger but they don’t have the great staff from Rödingsmarkt: friendly, fun, motivating and always smiling! Special thanks to Vivi, Awet, William, Jürgen, Charlotte and Leon! Keep it up with the great work.

Nice gym, exercise machines are modern and have a good quality, solarium and sauna are good, and nice bathrooms as well. Personal trainers and people at the reception are super nice :)

The Studio is well maintained, the training equipments are up to date..the Fitness trainers are not only competent but seem to love their job and are dedicated to Fitness First. Thank you Awet, Leon and Vivy for positive Motivation by MoveIt..
