Nice hotel, modern rooms, comfy beds, good location. -1 point for a breakfast. The restaurant personal must be educated, the variety of the food and quality of the food was low. Please tied fried eggs (was cooked before the breakfast))) looks terrible. You can’t even make the omelette! We are waiting for your waiters for 20 min just to get the answer that the omelets is not included in your breakfast menu)))

No hotel parking, not wheelchair-friendly, other than that, it’s feels like a palace but missing the queen’s guard. Spacious rooms with very good cooling system, with a mini kitchen, microwave, washing machine. Nothing special to view from the window, overall great hotel for big familia

One of the best hotels in hamburg, I had an excellent experience in every way which justifies the price tag. The rooms are large, spacious and modern with excellent noise isolation to avoid hearing noises from the streets at night. The building is quite old and has a nice vibe to it since it is nicely renovated inside and out. Every staff member I was in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. Also I appreciate a special room for parking bicycles accesible from the outside through a separate door or through the lobby. The location is great, it doesnt really get more central than this.

The room was too hot, I was sweating during night time. I asked the reception to fix the AC, they said you have to wait until the maintenance company comes and fixes it.

Not recommended for people who sleep in cool rooms.

This Hotel is location in a mid place in Hamburg, a subway station is just outside the hotel door, the hotel rooms are quite nice and have a good space, however, their only problem is the breakfast which you need to book a day in advance, they say they only have space for 60 guests at a time in the dining room, today we had already reserved our breakfast at 9 and came down to find our reservation is gone and we had to take our breakfast in the library at the 1st floor, which took us nearly 2 hours, because they kepy going back and forth from the dining room at ground floor to library at the 1st floor to serve us the breakfast which was not good at all!!

Very bad experience at the reception, this is not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. We had a room booked for us from another person and when checking the name even after giving the ID to the receptionist she told us it was not there. We called the person that booked and she said she had put the correct name. After losing a lot of time, the receptionist checked again and the name was there, but she had assumed it was a girl’s instead of a man’s name. The worst part is that then she started laughing loudly for 5 minutes in front of our faces making it extremely uncomfortable. Paying 250€ a night and getting this type of treatment is really a joke.
