Es ist katastrophal. Ich habe jetzt 2 mal bereits über eine halbe Stunde gewartet, um mich überhaupt anmelden zu können. Darauf kommt noch die eigentliche Wartezeit von meist 30 - 50 min trotz Termin. Die MitarbeiterInnen an den Anmeldungen sind überfordert und unhöflich.

Meine behandelnden Ärzte sind nett und einfühlsam und meiner Meinung nach sehr kompetent. Meine Erkrankung wurde ernst genommen und ist zum Glück durch Medikamente gut eingestellt.

Ich finde es nicht gut, dass man an den Kassenautomaten für die Parkscheine nicht bargeldlos zahlen kann.

Erstmal möchte ich sagen, dass die Blutentahme komplett falsch und nicht korrekt ausgeführt wird!!!! BITTE BITTE LESEN !
1) es wird bis zum Schluss gestaut, GEHT GARNICHT! Abgesehen davon, dass es unangenehm ist, können die Proben dadurch hämolytisch werden!
2) Mein Arm wird desinfiziert und dann nochmal mit einem nicht sterilen Tupfer abgewischt!! NO GO, erstmal warten bis es von alleine trocknet !! Oder nochmal sprühen !!!
3) Bitte die Reihenfolge der Blutentahme beachten, es gibt nicht umsonst die Schef Regel , d.h erstmal Serum Röhrchen und dann erst EDTA , ABER bei mir wurde EDTA zuerst abgenommen !!
4) die Röhrchen wurden nicht mehrmals geschenkt. NO GO !!! Wenn man die Röhrchen nicht schwenkt , vor allem EDTA kann das Blut gerinnen!!!
PS : bitte auch erstmal die NADEL rausholen und dann erst mit Pflaster bekleben !

Sehr freundliche Abteilung und hilfsbereite ärztliche Betreuung durch Frau Holz und der andere Assistenzarzt für meine Freundin. Ihr geht es aktuell besser. Ich hoffe, dass es so bleibt. Haus K 3 nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man mal in St Georg in einer anderen Abteilung war und die einen Quasi schon ihr Beinkleid Aussprechen, sagt dies unter anderem schon einiges.
- Wenn man seine eigenen Unterlagen anfordert (persönlich) Heißt es ,man hätte keine.....
- Der Oberarzt ist sehr überheblich
- Die Frau " Ärztin" stets überfordert, weiß nie was gemacht werden soll.Man muss es ihr immer sagen und seit 2 Jahren wird mein gewünschter Test immer wieder verschoben. Da angeblich die falsche Jahreszeit ist, Blut kann die Frau leider auch nicht abnehmen.

Die Rezeptionnistin ist stets bemüht ,macht meiner Meinung nach zu viel

-Fehler der "Ärztin " ausbaden, Termine vereinbaren, test's ,ggf Blutentnahme und hilft auch noch in der Dermatologie. Mich würde es nicht wundern, wenn die arme Frau bald zusammenbricht.
