The rooms are moderns, the matress are amazing and the hostel is really nice

The only issue with this hostel is, that the only showers are in the cellar - so you should keep this in mind!

Spoke with the owner and he wants to do a complete revamp with better shower facilities.

Otherwise a great comfort and the furniture is amazing!

I made the reservation in another hostel but I was told they were fully booked so they had to send me to Wira Guesthouse hostel. They told me everything was fine but when I arrive to this hostel they told me that they were completed and also they had an overbooking of ten people and they didn't know what to do with them. Actually I was glad about not having to spend the night there because only the floor of reception was very dirty and bad smelling. They are not serious. It's better to spend some more money for a better and more serious accommodation.

The rooms were just as expected from the price. However, the showers were quite far from being inviting, and without the ability to lock the door to our room our group didn't feel safe that our things would not be stolen.

If all you need in Hamburg is a bed, Wira is a good place to stay. The place is clean and new, staff is very friendly and welcoming. Top location within walking distance to the main train station and metro directly at the door. And the price was the cheapest we found!

The rooms were clean and the beds OK. The price was a bit high though, and the place did have a shady feel to it.

Hard to check in, since there were nobody in the reception. A bit shady location, but bedding and sleeping area was okay. Perhaps the most shady shower I have ever seen.

Top quality/price hostel with very nice host. Close to the underground.
