Location was good. Room was big and beds were comfortable. There was both bath tub and shower. Toilet was separate, not inside the bathroom, which makes it convenient for crowded families. But they do not provide bathrobe and disposable slippers. There is no shampoo and conditioner, except liquid soaps. It is all purpose, used as a shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Receptionists were not polite and not helpful. They asked you to carry coffee cups, coffees, and tea bags to your room from reception. When you asked for towel, you need to go reception to take it. There is no housekeeping to reach from landline phone.

It’s a dated hotel - like something from the 90s or 80s but the rooms are big, they have a great shower, separate bath and separate shower so it makes the experience all good. For three of us staying in one room, it was cheaper than a hostel! There is a microwave, and small sink. I can’t say it’s a Novotel anymore it’s not quite got the quality it’s - more like an IBIS but the rates reflect that. Highly recommended.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I have been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't regret it.

Friendly and helpful staff. I needed to put my baggage there before my check-in time and they allowed it, so I could explore Hamburg without any heavy baggages weighing me down.

Great location but the facilities are in dire need for a renewal. The AC in my room was not working. It also came to me as a surprise that there are no cups in the room. Bathroom floor is made of cheap plastic, it felt unstable. Breakfast area is quite crowded, it is difficult to find a place to sit. Staff are not very friendly but quite efficient.

Very good economic hotel. There are so many good restaurants around hotel. The room is equipped with air-conditioning, so it is really nice when the Weather is hot. The hotel offers free parking in the basement of the building, easy to access. Public transportation, e.g., U-bahn, is nearby and very convenient.

Rooms needs serious work. Very dated decor. Bathroom and WC are completely separate and renovated. Many restaurants in the area and a subway station next door.

Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. However, the receptionist is the worst! I accidentally forgot my key and forgot my room number. She replie rudely “ you shouve know ur room number” then I said “cant you check my name?” Being an ALL gold member staying in a four star hotel is definitely a big disappointment for me!
