Rooms have virtually no storage so if you are staying more than a night pack light. No safe. No tea/coffee. Breakfast is European style. Only hot food is boiled egg. Bar sensible price. Service is friendly and good. Rooms and hotel very clean. Great location with underground outside hotel literally. Easy walk to Alster lake, beautiful.

The room was very clean!! We asked a room on the higher floors, so the view was pretty good, too. The room and especially the bed was super comfy.
The metro station was right in front the entrance and there was also a bus stop right across the street going to the city centre.
The general area was quiet, especially at night, even though the hotel lobby was busy until after midnight. There were some weird people at the metro station and in the general area, but the exit was right in front the hotel.
The wifi connection was very bad! I had to use my data several times.

I don't recommend. The rooms are nothing special for the prices they have. There wasn't even a wardrobe. The woman working on the reception wasn't polite at all and was talking all the time very quietly and I couldn't hear anything even though i asked her several times to speek louder. And in the end i ended up paying for a breakfast I didn't even wanted.

Staffs is friendly. Room is clean but very small with no fridge and no boiler and no coffee machine. They do have nice lobby bar open until late at night . Hotel near to subway. Around 20 mins walking to city center

The staff was super friendly!! The Hotel was super cleaned and followed all the security measures due to the pandemic. The room is not very spacious, but it is comfortable. The bed and pillows are a little too soft.
The neighborhood seems not very safe and there were many homeless nearby.

Nice u0026 cozy hotel for a fair price! Well-designed and located, staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to rest and relax)
