Delicious food, but beware! Large portions.

I had the scallops, the Delta dry aged ribeye and creamed spinach. The scallops were big and juicy with a thin tasty batter crust. The beef was tasty just the way it was. As it is dry aged, the ribeye isn't as juicy as the usual steak, but the flavours of the beef are stronger. Some may prefer the normal juicier ribeye, or you can order one of their sauces to go with the steak.

As it was white asparagus season, my wife had the white asparagus soup, and salmon with white asparagus. As you can see, the white asparagus is huge and they tasted delicious.

The service was attentive even though the restaurant was busy with many delegates from the various conference halls nearby. They have a good selection of wine and liqueurs too.

Delta is missing the 5 stars due to a service a bit "rude"...Very professional but missing a bit of warmth!. For the rest all was perfect from the starter to the desert. Honestly this is the first time for me I could have my "entrecote" as expected: rare. Wine was excellent with a decent price...Unfortunately I was not allowed to keep the wine anti drip foil as a souvenir from this nice restaurant...maybe next time!

Not a cheap place but if you want really good steak it's great for a visit on your trip. Bit out the way compared to other restaurants which are more accessible but the quality of the food is worth the time.

Amazing steak house in an industrial location. Located within their butchery/market warehouse, there is very cool ambience and character of this place. A farm to table kinda vibe.

Food was extremely fresh tasting. We had a appetizer platter which was amazing! Get to try different stuff. Beef tartare was even better than what I had a week ago in the French Riviera. Tuna tartare was just as good. Had also a serving of the ox soup, delicate and flavorful.

Then there was my dry aged rib eye. Cooked to perfect doneness of my request. Ordered the red wine sauce which went perfectly well with the steak! Got a side of French beans with bacon which was super yummy too!

Highly recommended and priced reasonably for the quality of food.

Fantastic. Best restaurant in Hamburg. Hidden secret of the professional cook.

Very good meat. Probably the best steak I have ever had.
Unfortunately we had a sour experience. We ordered mixed mushrooms as our side dish but were served mashed potatoes with truffles. When we asked if it was the correct dish two waiters confirmed that we had mixed mushrooms served.
It's a shame that the waiters did not correct their error, which leaves a stain on the experience.
