Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a room. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is the best rated in the area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure!

Loved this hotel. Really cool conversion. Great rooms, great ambience, great drinks and food, great spa, and great service. All at a great price and close to trains and nightlife. Great. Just great.

A hotel in the middle of a nice park, not far from city's downtown. The hotel used to be a water tower.
If you can get a room or suite in the higher floors, you can get a very nice view of Hamburg.
The breakfast buffet is pretty decent, with good service. However, the days we stayed there the hotel was packed, so perhaps it is better to go earlier (the buffet opens at 6:30am).

All in all, this Mövenpick has a very good price-quality ratio.

Well located near the Congress centre. To look at the hotel is very modern and looks very nice. The rooms are clean and well.maintained. breakfast was good enough.
My main issue with it was that there was no concierge to help with bags and there wasn't any food or drinks available outside of breakfast lunch and dinner times

The hotel is gorgeous and iconic. The whole lobby to restaurant to the wellness center and conference area were unique and beautiful! The sauna and gym area interior is quite uncommon. It was a marriage between industrial design and a little rustic taste. The restaurant is cozy and elegant. The restaurant outdoor area is also comfortable with the park in front of it. It’s truly beautiful. The food itself (dinner menu) was surprisingly delicious! The wine choices were not that many in the restaurant. More wine selections were provided in the bar instead. The highlight on the dinner was the service and the friendliness of the waiter and the guest relation personnel. It was quite a high-standard service.
The room was practical and a bit cramp, yet comfortable. The head rest on the bathtub was a bit awkward due to its position next to the sharp-edge wall. Nevertheless, it was still good and manageable. The only strange/down side part in the room was the position of the TV and the mattress quality. However, it doesn’t change the fact that all I need was there in the room and the office desk was sufficient. To get a faster internet connection on your laptop, there is a LAN cable provided on the desk too.
The breakfast was great. There were various selections of everything which was unexpected considering the breakfast and room rate.

In summary, if you don’t need a swimming pool or activities in the hotel with family, and if you need a hotel quite close to the city center with no metropolitan ambience, this is the perfect hotel for you. This hotel is very suitable for business trips or just a leisure in the middle of the city. It’s classy, yet comfortable and relaxing.

Superb hotel for a short stay in Hamburg. A very interesting concept - as the building used to be a water tower before WW2. The architects made sure the previous use of the building remains alive - you can hear water sounds as you cross the lobby. It is situated in a quiet park and has comfortable, clean rooms.

I regret not taking more pictures to share here.

The breakfast can be improved in terms of offering and service, though I won’t deduct a star for that.

At breakfast, the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very delicious.
Some rooms on the lower floors are noisy due to people reveling in the park at night. (but I got another room)
The release of the pre-booked cost is slow if there was no final consumption.

The room has a nice look, but I strongly dislike the smelly carpet and the fact that there's no ventilation in the bathroom. I was hoping that because the building is in a tower we had a nice view, unfortunately not. Parking is not included.
