The worst experience ever!
Our car was parked in the women place, near entrance. When we came back, the back window was broken and our stuff were stolen. We had to find a way to remove the broken glasses and to close the window...there was no one working and the parking entrance... a Sunday! But besides our loss and experience... when we contacted the customer service of the parking to inform them, they showed no interest at all, and didn't said I'm sorry this happened to you.
Our advice: never park there!

Great place to park! The fairest price and easy to access the Mönckebergstrasse. Lift access takes you right up to ground level. The park-house is safe and can’t be accessible to all unless with the card given in entry.

Neee to get change, cause no cards were excepted. Also paid 7€ for under 4 hours, though Rivera’s advertised differently.
