Rooms are standard and a bit small but clean and quiet! Very good breakfast with possibility to get lactose- and gluten-free food. Plenty of fresh vegetables. Hotel is located very close to main train station and public transport. There is also possibility to rent bicycles in the hotel. Very nice and helpful service folk. If you are in Hamburg for shorter, up to 5 days trip and plan to use your time on sightseeing I would strongly recommend that hotel! ????????

generally nice hotel, stayed there a couple of times. This time had a bad experience... there were no towels in the room (which I discovered coming out of the shower :-)). Receptionist was less than helpfull and also not able to get me a taxi.

The hotel is very strategically located, with easy access to public transportation. Room was a bit cramped, but was clean u0026 tidy.

Like always the rooms are great and the price is always right for the service. A tip for dutch and belgium people they dont accept youre debit card.

- super friendly staff
- clean and nice rooms (no fridge though)
- be aware the A/C and heat is not adjustable, everything is centralized.
In the rooms with numbers ending on 01 and 03 the windows can’t be opened.
The heat in our room was unbearable, we were able to change rooms as they were not fully booked.

— big flaws: they charge 16€/night (!!!!!!!!!) for your dog / pet and you can’t pre-book a parking spot (parking is 14€/night).

Not that clean but fortunately not that dirty as well. For that price is was kinda fair but still. Staff was really helpful so big plus for that. The biggest question is why the shower is in a bedroom.

The hotel is very good for it price, the rooms didn't have some things like kettle, slippers etc..
But the bar can give you hot water if you need.
