Very rude approach in the entrance when I asked for guidance in English. I was then informed by another staff member properly.
Command of English isn't mandatory nor it is expected, but behaving professional with assisting customers is in principle part of the job.

Big pet store with a huge variety of different products. You can find almost everything for cats/dogs/rabbits/birds/fish. Very friendly staff will help you choose the best you need.

Competent employees at the fish department! The little young man had lots of informations and high skills! Unfortunatly no private local retailer but okay.
