McDonald's Restaurant

Worst service, worst food. You have your family hungry and you decide to buy them McDonalds, you finish your order, upon checking you get missing items from the order and substandard food. You go to complain and they tell you that this is normal in Germany. How are they allowed to sell garbage to people, I don't know. This is how all my burgers looked like. They don't deserve any customers, cause the amount of respect is equal to this burger here.

It's fast and convenient. I don't really fancy the hamburgers but the milkshakes are a thing.

There is no much vegetarian options, only u can find find 1 vegan burger

Great service, very friendly. At the end of the day, however, they might seem to need a hand straightening up.

Horrible. Simply horrible. Fries were soggy, cold in parts and under cooked. They ran out of apple pies after I ordered and paid for 4, they had one (1) left. They were super slow. The manager on duty looked like he would have rather been somewhere else other than work. They didn’t even have any toys for the 2x Cheeseburger McHappy Meals I ordered for the kids. Makes an very average McD’s in Australia look like an A La Carte Restaurant.

For many years I used to depart from Hamburg Altona by the DB Autozug. Coming from north by car on my way to the Bahnhof this restaurant was convenient for a fill up of energy before entering the train. I have good memories from this place, myself being full of excitement for the train travel ahead.
