I'm not sure what I should write, better fries then the rival?.
People at the till, rightly fedup about the "fast food, fast life" style of ordering.

comeon Germany these people also deserve a please and thank you.
I'm rating the fast food that we love and hate 2 * service makes it 3.

Our main items were missing. And after we called the manager he said it’s not his problem and he wasn’t responsible. The fries were also cold and didn’t have any salt on them. Not recommending. ????

The food was good, still they gave me a medium size pommers instead of a large one. When I told that, they gave me one large again. Customer service is really good and respectful

The Team working there probably finished 2 classes a study don't even know how to put burger together. Just order new rösti burger and receives one without that 'promoted' patty. So why the he'll I have to pay a normal price and getting burger that worth 3 eur and it's f... disgusting!

One of the best Burger King restaurants in Hamburg! :)

Nice service, good location, parking places available, peaceful atmosphere (!). All in all I'd give it around 4.6*
