AVOID IT LIKE ITS THE PLAGUE.
It is a joke of a company, with medieval practice and slow response.
First of all, the overpriced tickets you buy from the company has to be delivered to your home in Germany, otherwise you will never be able to go to the event you have already paid for. Do you not have a German address? Too bad, because you HAVE TO HAVE A GERMAN DELIVERY ADDRESS HAHAHA.
We did all that, even found a German Delivery address so we could collect the tickets (seriously, which century do you live in?)
Anyways, the tickets did not arrive. We sent an email about this, took them a week to respond, saying "did you actually not receive the tickets?" with an accusing tone. We said, yes "we actually did not". Then they sent an email asking us to write a FORMAL LETTER, with a pre-written text confirming that we have not received the tickets, print, sign and send it.
We did that, to save the ticket. At this point, we were doing every medieval thing they asked us to, because we paid waay too much for the ticket.
Days past, we were like alright maybe we will not be able to go enter because of their incompetence and slow service. The day before the event, we get an email saying "Congratulations, we now let you go into the concert area with the attached document, you need to print it and take it with you to the concert hall etc. etc. but it also said it is not a sure thing you will still enter" We are over the medieval practice at this point. So we were lucky enough to be given the permission to go to the event WE HAVE ALREADY FREAKING PAID FOR. We print the tickets, thinking we are ready after all the trouble.
Then guess what. We go to the hall on time, present the paper. THEY DID NOT LET US IN at the hall. They called a supervisor, they made us feel like scammers, super rude, made us wait for about half an hour.
Event already started, and then they said ok go, like its a Freaking blessing. We could not enjoy half the show because of your incompetence.
I thought about suing you, but you are not worth it.
aah and also, they have no English website, and when you buy a ticket they spam the hell out of you on your email.
Cheers.
