Room was nice and the staff was friendly. The location was a quick and easy walk from the subway station with great access to Town Hall and the city center. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. The only complaint is that glass top desks don't work very well with an optical mouse.

What can I say… it is a lovely hotel from a famous brand and really well situated. Especially if you are attending the world famous SMM Exhibition (which we were). The staff are great, the bar are great and it is really nice to sit at one of their outdoor tables, grab a drink and watch the world go by. This is how memories are made.

We recently visited this hotel and stayed for a week, the staff are so friendly in the reception and breakfast area but the room service people look exhausted and don’t speak English. It’s hard to communicate with them, we had two rooms next to each other and they stole quiet a few items from us in both rooms. A new black pants and a brand new white blouse and a sunglasses is what we remember (I guess she was preparing a new set of outfit for herself on our expenses!!!!!)The room service management should monitor the housekeepers. We did not complain about it to the reception as we were late to the airport but if I ever go to this hotel again, I will lock my luggage and I recommend everyone to do the same….. the funny part is that, they are not even organised with cleaning the room and if you do not inform the reception, you might come back after long hours back to your room and find it messy even though we removed the ( do not disturb from the door knob!!!! However, it would still be a good experience if our items were not missing ……

Very good service and rooms are well designed having a boutique feel to it. Good recognition for Elite members. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is good and breakfast offerings are good with lots of options.

Great location and very nice staff. Designed rooms, taste breakfast and good bar with late hours in the lobby.

Very good hotel, staff very friendly and courteous. Only let down was a crack in the sink.
