Best Hotel/Restaurant/Bar staff in Hamburg. Knowledge of alchemy is amazing. Also tje chefs are nothing less than perfect. Will make you whatever you desire if available to make. Have hade many tester nights when Toby, Paula, or Miguel thought of their own mix of madness or pure geniuses. They treat you like family. Thursdays is live music after worm from 18uhr to 20uhr various musicians set the mood. This is my companies preferred hotel and we have not been disappointed at all. The manager Uwa is great as well. Don't pass them up when in town. Nice outdoor seating as well. In city center.

Very relaxed old school lounge with fantastic service. Cocktails are a bit pricey (€10-12) but very very high quality. Indoor and outdoor seating. Can walk through the bar to the restaurant next door.

The Bar has just been newly renovated and looks really nice and "hip". The staff is friendly, cool and brings a really fresh vibe to the rather "classical" old Hotel

During our stay at the Renaissance Hotel, we visited the bar for after dinner drinks and had a great night ( could barely remember the end of it )
Great bartender , very knowledgeable!
Top choice of whiskey!
