Wonderful hotel with nice rooms with mostly a nice view, very good and friendly service and also the price was good for this experience. The breakfast was also very good, these photos are just a part of the buffet.
The problem was, that the area was so bad, that I didn't even wanted to go on a short walk.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room were nice, location was close to the town center (15min walk), main station and just a very convenient 20min subway ride to the airport. The area around the hotel is very diverse with some amazing Arabic and Vietnamese restaurants! In addition the supermarket is just around the corner, some nice bakery, and a lot of art u0026 culture.

I liked the room, breakfast and service at the reception. Location is good if you are ok with 10 minutes walk to central train and bus station or subway. Good sound isolation, but with open windows it will be quite noisy. Nice sauna and gym.

Great hotel for a business trip. The sauna and gym on the top floor are highly recommended. Don't go for the €25 hotel breakfast as it's over priced and crowded. There's a Turkish breakfast cafe just round the corner which serves amazing food and coffee with no crowds at half the price.

The facilities are clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and it comes with an iron. We paid around 100 dollars per night and we only stayed for 2. we didnt have breakfast so I cant speak on the food. The receptionist was kind enough to check us in early and the hotel is a quick walk from the central station. All in all, it is very standard so you are guaranteed a comfortable stay but nothing particularly stood out.

We are a family of 5 and we booked 2 standard rooms spontaneously, while driving from Denmark to Berlin. I was asking for rooms with connecting doors and Marcel from the front desk presented me the different options of room types they can provide. I'm Titanium Elite Bonvoy member so we ended up with a Junior Suite and a king bedroom.
The welcome and service were exceptional, from check-in, fulfilling all of our needs and checkout. I want to thank Marcel for his care and attention.
The rooms were very nice, I'm not sure when the hotel was built but they felt relatively new.
The breakfast is amazing, huge variety of food, great presentation and service.
I would say it's the best Courtyard I've visited in my life, with a level of service that you usually find in a much more luxurious hotels.
I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

The hotel feels brand new. It's extremely clean with large rooms and a good size bathroom. The location is also very central in Hamburg, with one of the main train stops just 5 minutes away. I don't speak German very well, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I want to particularly highlight the breakfast buffet. The buffet is amazing - freshly baked breads and pastries, a full yogurt bar with cereal, musli, and nuts, loads of fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage etc. But what was really amazing is the vegan section. There were vegan breads and croissants as well as vegan butter and vegan cold cuts. And there was a wide selection of dairy-free milks. To whomever made this decision, from the bottom of my heart - THANK YOU! I was finally able to fully enjoy a breakfast buffet to the fullest!
