Perfect location with great view of the Außenalster. Nice place to chill out.
Came for only drinks. Will be back next time to try out the food.
Service could be improved.

Dreamy ambiance with an exceptional view. The drinks are good but more on the expensive side. A Cuba libre costs 13€. Waiting times are a bit long.

THREE HOURS TO GET FOOD. THREE. HOURS. I honestly never experienced such a bad service in Hamburg before. The view is great but not really worth it over the struggle that it was to get FRENCH FRIES and a STEAK that would take 20 min to get fried. No clear information from staff and when we would ask the waiter would say "it's coming soon" ???? At the end they gave us free wine to compensate this disaster but all in all: never again. Maybe only for drinks. Be advised!

Terrible experience. Our group arrived and was completely ignored for 10 min. When we stopped a waiter he was extremely rude and refused to take our order because he was too busy. Would give it zero stars if I could.
