Positive: Had a super stay at this unconventional gem with my French bulldog. This place has friendly owners, a fun rainbow lighting system, cute in room bar, was very clean, was very quiet, and was cool in hot weather with the giant fan. The restaurant downstairs has a nice wine selection too. Street is lively and also only a couple minutes from the jogging/ cycling path along the lake. What a great spot! Thank you for hosting us!.

Positive: A mordern and super comfortable furnished room. Love the bed, juice presser and coffee filter machine. Not many rooms in the hotel that makes you feel like home. Central location. A good bakery just down stairs. Near central station. Very friendly and nice owner. Will come back. Thank for a great staying experience!.

Positive: Right on the Lange Reihe, a street full of small restaurants and shops and a lot of young people. Parking nearby, at the Am Hauptbahnhof. Rooms were spacious, but make sure to get the rooms at the back. Still not completely quiet, as they look out into a small space where bottles are stored throughout the night, but quite OK -- you're in the center of town. Good beds. Two good breakfast bakeries very nearby, so no need for a hotel service there.. Negative: The shower / bath was a bit old, although clean and in good working condition. All surrounding houses look into the rooms (well, just close the blinds). The staircase could do with some cleaning, although that is cosmetic..

Great food reasonable prices and friendly service. Highly recommended for a casual evening out. The pumpkin soup was especially good.

Positive: Orange juice maker, free upgrade ;-), great host. Negative: It was a little bit too hot in the room, but it was a really hot day in Hamburg.
