This is a very good Mexican style restaurant conveniently located on Lange Reihe in Hamburg. There are many good restaurants and bars in this area, and we have been to many of them, and qrito is a new favorite. The restaurant is small, seats around 30 people, but quite cozy. The C19 partitions are still up, and we actually liked it because it makes your dining experience a bit more private as the tables are very close to each other.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu is available both through a QR code or on an electronic device. The ordering was easy even though there are incredibly many options.
The food came quickly and was delicious! We particularly enjoyed the very spicy salsas - very unusual to have such power in Germany, and we will come back for that!
The price range is a little above average but it is well worth it. The quality is very good.
We found the music super annoying - German top 20, and it was pretty loud. How about some Mexican or at least latino music? Would go much better with the food.

Fresh tasting food, big portions. The California chicken quesadilla was a bit too sweet for my taste, but there are plenty of options to choose from and lots of salsa varieties as well. The drinks menu is also quite good. I liked their Margaritas a lot! The server was very nice and helpful. Price is generally ok as far as food goes, obviously a dinner for 2 with several alcoholic beverages will cost you quite a bit more.

Now this place has REAL borritos. Very filling, big and very delicious borrito. My partner had their quesodillas and empanadas and said it was delicious. Definitely worth the price. The menu is available through the QR code. It's a small cozy place, can do takeaway and have vegetarian options. The staff was friendly and offered help and explanation in English without us having to approach or even ask. They helped despite their struggles with the English language. The food was ready quickly despite the fact that there were other customers inside and that they had take away orders in the mean time too. Highly recommend for those into Mexican quick food.

So the sunny side is, that the food is delicious. However, the service is not.

I waited for 50 minutes for a small order, where I've been told that it takes approx. 10 minutes.

I understand, that sometimes when it's busy you have to wait a bit longer, but at least they could come forward and apologise for the extended waiting time or even offer a small complementary beverage.

Turns out they gave my food to someone else who came back a few minutes later complaining that this wasn't his order (he already ate some). So instead of cooking my order immediately, they waited another 10 minutes before cooking it again.

So overall a quiet bad experience unfortunately.

The best Mexican and bar ever!! I or we had a good time. They were so kind, they gave us free shots for my birthday! Just lovely! ???? this is my lemonade with gin ???? looks amazing right?

I highly recommend this place: Super delicious and tasty and fresh food; a great selection of food for both vegans and non-vegans; very reasonable prices; portions were generous sizes and very filling; brilliant staff; accepts VISA-(/card) payments (some other local restaurants only take cash); and it was open later than other local restaurants, which saved us, as we arrived at 21:30, and other local restaurants had already closed their kitchen. Also, Qrito has outside seating and a great atmosphere, in a lovely street (Lange Reihe). We rate it 10/10, and thank you Qrito for a truly brilliant experience. ????????
