A calm cafe in a nice quarter in Hamburg. Friendly staff. The atmosphere and the food was good, but not too special for the price. Service is a bit slow, but overall it was a nice cafe. If you are lucky, you can find the seats next to the windows empty and relax.

Good place to have breakfast or just meet with your friends for a cup of coffee ☕️

Beautiful interior full of light and wood. Friendly waiters and cozy atmosphere. And the cafe is located on a beautiful street which is also a nice thing!

A popular spot, but deserved. Could serve a bit more bread for the price. Yoghurt was excellent.

The food and coffee are good, but not fantastic. The prices are reasonable, but what really disappointed me was very(!) slow service. We were waiting ~ 30 min to get our coffee and ~ 50 min to be served with breakfast. On top of that, unless you get a place by the window, there is not much privacy offered for a couple or a group of friends. People are being seated very close to each other. One more bad thing is CASH ONLY. Nowadays, you should be able to pay by card anywhere you go.

If I were able to give less than 1 star, I would do exactly that!
This breakfast place is the perfect example of the saying ‘looks can be deceiving’. Beforehand we expected to spend about 30 minutes in this place, which would be normal for a breakfast.
We had to take a bus in approx. An hour and that’s what we told the employers as well.
After 1,5 hours(!!) we finally got what we ordered, served cold, without spices and quite frankly an effortless dish.
After eating this disgrace for a breakfast, we got the bill, which was way more than we expected and way more than you’d pay for other breakfast firms in the beautiful city of Hamburg.
In short: this was an unsatisfactory and stressful experience during our fantastic holiday in Hamburg.

One of those rare cute cozy downtown places, with friendly faces some "feels like home" cooked meals. Fresh ingredients lovely people, comfortable even for bigger groups, (if you are lucky) and not expensive. Coffee, tea and other delights are served also!
