Hab hier das Wort „abgefertigt“ in den Bewertungen gelesen - das Konzept ist ja quasi innerhalb von 30 mins rein und wieder raus, also bleibt natürlich nicht viel Zeit für Small Talk. Passt bei mir klasse in den Arbeitsalltag und ich finde es super immer einen PT an meiner Seite zu haben oder auch die Freiheit, seine eigenen Übungen zu machen, wenn man möchte. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
