They wanted me to pay twice for one room. The Check-in process took longer than an hour. I never got into the room (because I refused to pay twice). They did not acknowledge my prepayment until four hours after check-in.

It's a very basic hotel. But it offers everything you need. Strange is that you can literally hear everything that is discussed in the next door bathroom even the alcohol coming out anti-peristaltically. In the following morning we saw that there was a opening from the hallway straight into the bathroom.
In all fairness.. It's fine if you want to be out in the town. But bring earplugs!

Hotel reception was closed even though I had made a reservation with a request to check in one hour after normal open hours. They accepted my booking and took my money. Now they refuse to give me a refund even though I did not stay there.

Fantastisch Location! Very cute room. The window doesn’t open all the way though so it gets a bit hot. We closed the curtain during the day to keep the room cool. WiFi didn’t make it to the 4th floor. Breakfast included but espresso machine kaputt. Despite this, I would highly recommend. We loved this area! It’s vibrant. Many shops, cafes and coffee shops all around.

Very clean, but small rooms. The shower is awesome though. Breakfast is basic. Location is good. Staff was a bit sullen.

Great place, accomodating management! Saved our lives after we got stranded at 1 AM, and the room was very nice, with a great modern bathroom and comfy beds.

I booked hotel and requested check in between 2300-0000. The hotel accepted my booking and took my money but when I arrived the reception was closed. They refuse to refund my money.
