I like Bok, it's really yummy food and the service is friendly. I like everything they have in the menu. The place is big so you always will find a table.

Really good food and friendly waiters. The big minus is because it was not possible to pay with credit card.(visa nor mc). We have been to small around the corner restaurants...even they accept visa...

I am really disappointed. The first time I visited Bok the food and the service were amazing! Then I invited some friends that were visiting me and the experience was disappointed.
-the bring our dishes separately, so I had my dish and about 10 minutes later my friends become their orders. It is so discomfortable when only half of the table has food.
-we needed to order our beer twice, because apparently they forgot it.
-the soup was cold. The one that arrived after 10 minutes….
-it took 30 minutes to pay….
I am really stressed…

The food by Bok is really good, but the experience this time, as I said many times… disappointed.

But I would give Bok another shot! ;)

Nice atmosphere and great Asian food. Leaning a little bit towards the Korean and Vietnamese side of Asian cuisine , bok offers a nice atmosphere with attractive interior design and really tasty dishes. They have a great and tasty vegetarian and vegan offer, which makes it a great place to being your less meat-loving friends as well. Highly recommended

Went here for a work "Team Abend"; delicious food and great service. Excellent option when there are a mix of meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans. Good prices and welcoming atmosphere. Next time in Hamburg I will go again!

Food is decent, prices are fair. Service and waiting time is terrible though. Came here for a date. We waited 65 and 80min for our food respectively. We didn't even get served at the same time! Our starters didn't come at all. Waiter never stopped to asked if everything was fine or to explain the waiting time. At the same time we saw delivery people carrying out food on a large scale. Won't visit again :/

Had their food whilst working at airbus a few years back in the onsite canteen. Couldn't resist another taste of the food here.
