Bun Cha Gio is the ultimate summer food! Especially when paired with a Saigon beer.

And with all due respect to German food (which is delicious by the way), this was one of the best meals I had during my two-week trip around Germany. A hidden gem!

If you're into spicy stuff, don't forget to add some of that chili vinegar. Oh boi, this was the first time I found something that's actually spicy in these two weeks... ????️

Staff is also very friendly, even though they're crazy busy.

The employees here are very friendly and you can watch them beautifully while they prepare your food almost meditatingly.
The food itself is typical Vietnamese (European) kitchen and tastes yummy whilst being moderately to very healthy, depending what you go for (I went for the Buddhist fasting meal, which, under strict circumstances wouldn't qualify as such, but which was nevertheless very tasty).
At every table you have wooden chop sticks and cutlery, soy and spicy sauce.
Overall I can recommend this place. We were very happy.

Best real vietnamese street food! My favorite restaurant in Hamburg. Lovely staff and always a good stop for a nice, delicious meal. Prices are very good for the quality and quantity. I fully recommend it!!!

The four of us were on a fun weekend trip, visiting from Amsterdam. We all had the pha-bo. First off, the broth was really good! Not too oily, nor too salty. Meat was came raw, and was dropped into the broth as they served it. Nice touch. The noodles were cooked perfectly. All in all, good quality across the board, considering how affordable it was. Not gourmet, but ready to satisfy.
