I stayed here earlier in the year and was very impressed by the value for money! The rooms were spacious with great air conditioning. The gym in the basement was also well kitted out and staff very friendly. I will be staying here again next time I'm in Hamburg!

Great reception, the receptionist more than know her job, she was excellent and attentive to details and I bought extra services. Room was excellent with view, however room-service need to be more aware about leave a set of towels extra. Location: extremely easy access by bus, tube or walking from the Centre. Breakfast very good and a big restaurant, only problem was people with their mobile phone with loud music or children watch their iPads. Family should their own area.

Stayed for the second time at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Rooms are spacious and functional (ironing board + iron included), location is perfect if you need to stay around the city centre, and the staff is super nice and helpful. Did not try their breakfast yet. The only improvement I'd like to see is some in-room coffee brewing solution that doesn't involve instant coffee satchets - but even so it's great value for money and will remain my favorite choice for Hamburg stays.

Lovely place, loved being there. The breakfast buffet was nice but caothic - too many people, too little space. Could be organized differently.

Very good hotel close to Hamburg Alster. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast like mostly in Scandic hotels.
Only car parking is 1.9 m high- to low for car with roof box but approx. 300 m from hotel there is another car parking with the same price but higher high limit. For sure, next stay in Hamburg will be also in Emporio.

Is one of the best hotels that I been! The sea decorations are so nice and the staff are so friendly.
The room was warm, clean and with a lovely views of the city.
The location is great, and is so close to the underground.
Definitely is a place that I will like to come back.

Big variety in morning buffee.
Rooms clean and modern!
