Loved everything about my last visit there, but that's probably related to the person I went there with♥️.

The alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks are good - and so are the cocktails????, the coffee☕, the juices???? and some of the food????.

However, the quality of service depends on luck: one day the staff is incredibly attentive and kind, the next time it's a tiny bit of a disaster????.

I'd still rate the Café with five stars, due to the beautiful location????☀️, the stunning view and the Menu options.

I order a coffee with cold milk, I get a latte with ice cubes, no sugar, no spoon, with a straw that fell apart in 2 minutes. One order that comes from two times. Waiter culture 0, they don't know the basic rule of etiquette.

no english menu, we order only appetisers, drinks and cake, and they didn’t seem happy about it. Flamnkuchen was cold. We asked for plates for shared appetisers, waitress gave us DIRTY plates. Not crumbles dirty, but sauce and olive oil dirty. She took it aggressively without any sorry. not cool

The food was very average. I was not too fond of the dance and Hip Hop blasting out when I was having my starter.

They clearly need more staff, and are looking for more.
We waited 15 minutes to be able to order, had to wait 20 minutes from ordering .. far too long for 2 lagers and a coca cola.

It took a long time for us to get assistance with seating and then wait under 15 minutes before someone came to clean our table and take our order. The staff was unprofessional and the place seemed understaffed. We had to walk out unfortunately as we were expecting better service and a quick bite.

Waited over 40minutes for our drinks. Food arrived cold. We asked for the bill and left without having any drinks. The waiter was really nice though.
