The service has definitely improved a lot!

Very kind, attentive and quick staff. Clean menu cards, quite a lot of options - also toasts, for people who don't like ice cream too much.????????????

The ice is normal for me, nothing special actually, it is not something you will say WOW.

But what makes it good is their spot, they have this open balcony overlooking a very shiny and busy lake of Bodensee.

It is good to relax here combined with your favorite ice cream decorated of some tropical fruits.

Another disappointing ice cream café. Prices and food are ok, but service is bad. Waiters are not sympathetic, you will have to wait for an eternity (almost one hour from the time you sit to the moment you pay, for an ice cream) and you can only pay by cash. Too bad these restaurants on the sea shore do not feel any competition to improve their clients satisfaction.
