Great atmosphere! Brunch was good. Eggs were a little over-cooked (or maybe they were just a little old by the time we got there). Would go again! Good Weißwurst!

Good biergarten style restaurant, with beautiful outdoor section of the restaurant by the pond and fountain. Their burger was good. American style burgers in Freiburg are hard to find. This restaurant offers a solid burger, better than what you'll find most places.

Super beautiful place with great food and service! I am vegan and found many main course options clearly labelled. I had the mix teller with tofu, was super good. Can only recommend!

Lovely restaurant just outside Freiburg in a peaceful, lakeside setting (as the name suggests).

Friendly service and food and drinks arrived quickly.

Menu is local, and not massive, so a few dishes done very well. More than happy with the food itself.

Decent beer and wine too.

Well, well worth searching out..

Picturesque place at a little lake in the forest with a brunch buffet and a good selection of other a la carte items. Service was really mixed, we had one excellent and friendly waitress and one rather indifferent one but overall we had a good time. Book ahead if you would like to sit in the shade.

Gorgeous location! A bit of an insider tip for locals. Coffee and hot chocolate were good. Service was ok, but it’s a place I go back to every once in awhile just to enjoy the location or the free jazz concerts Tuesday nights.

We arrived just before a late spring storm. Thunder was in the distance. We were quickly able to get a table, although had to move, in no fault due to the restaurant, to another table as it started to rain. Once we ordered the food and drinks came very quick. My beer was very good, the Cappuccino that my girlfriend ordered was good however expensive. The food was very good, I had a veggie ragout with couscous and she had a veggie burger. Would recommend, good vibes.
