We wanted to book a season ticket for a week in September on the online portal in order to be able to keep two cars safe during a bike tour. For this purpose, only a season ticket was recommended in the Contipark online portal (EUR 45 per month). There is no indication that the online contract concludes a rental contract for a period of at least three months.
After returning, we immediately complained about it by registered mail or canceled it, sent back the parking cards and revoked the direct debit authorization. Result: No response to the customer.
Contipark insists in writing on the fulfillment of the contract and continues to calculate the monthly rates unhindered until the end of the year - i.e. almost four months for one week of parking.

Haben das nach der Rückkehr sofort mit Einschreiben moniert bzw. gekündigt, die Parkkarten zurückgeschickt und die Einzugsermächtigung wiederrufen. Ergebnis: Keine Antwort an den Kunden.
Contipark besteht schriftlich auf Vertragserfüllung und berechnet bis Ende des Jahres die Monatsraten ungehindert weiter - also fast vier Zeitmonate für eine Woche Parken.
