We stayed at Alex Hotel for just one night and had quite a comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were pretty small but neat, the AC worked well which helped a lot for a day that was scorching 36 degrees hot. The staff at the reception were extremely kind and friendly and catered to all our needs with a smile on their faces. Would definitely recommend it!

Room was quite a bit smaller than expected and air conditioning really struggled during the heatwave. Room was otherwise modern and clean. Well located close to the train station and out of the hustle of the old town. Would be nice to see breakfast included in the price rather than as an extra - far cheaper to pick something up from a nearby bakery.

Great hotel just outside of the old town. Walking distance to train station and town center. Hotel is in a quiet street. Very friendly staff. Rooms were a bit small but nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights during the weekdays for vacation and it was absolutely amazing! Clean, quiet, new, good service, good location (5 mins walk away from the main train station). Met someone named Alex at the front desk so I’m assuming this is named after himself and he’s such a nice guy, super helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we return!

Stop over on our way to Switzerland. Friendly welcome. Room was pretty small but comfortable. Bathroom very nicely finished. Breakfast at 12 Euros each was a bit basic and not great value for money..

Lovely convenient and quiet location. Close to the historic center and also within walking distance of the train station. Very friendly and helpful staff who speak excellent English. We got good restaurant recommendations. The hotel is modern, sleek, and very clean as was our room. The room was small but very efficiently designed. It had a very large window with good shutters and curtains that allowed us to block out the light for sleeping. We were there for 3 nights and would stay again.

The hotel is in easy reach of the Main Station and equally to the Rathaus. The Service and Staff were exceptional .
