I’m giving 3 stars because this is partly our fault. However, the situation was solvable but the staff refused.
My friend is new in Freiburg. He ordered some food but didn’t check the address properly. The address he gave was wrong.
I saw the mistake. I tried to change the address, but couldn’t. I called the restaurant 3 times, but no one answered. I ran to the restaurant and asked if the food was still there, yes it was. I explained and apologized. I offered my ID card (the order was on my Lieferando). I offered to wait for the delivery driver. I asked them to offer a solution. The manager refused everything.
I ran to the address my friend accidentally gave and was able to get the food.
This could have easily been solved very quickly with a little thinking. The responses from the manager felt like talking to a robot with no ability to think.
