Nice cute vibe at the night of a European cafe on the cobblestoned street.
Had a football match playing on the TV in the background inside, which was nice.

I had the Vegetarian Pioneer burger with Chilli Cheese fries. The patty was slightly crunchy outside and soft inside and worked well with sauces/cheese inside the burger.

The Chilli cheese fries had a good amount of cheese and spicy jalapenos. Overall, the food was really good!

Since we’re there only lunchtime, so we‘ve never experienced long time waiting. Various choice of drinks. This place is always my fav. Burger in Freiburg.

The place is nice. The sevice changes a lot from during the day to night shifts. Food is quite sizable. The hygene isnt of the highest level and the beer sometimes comes quite warm. The radler is horrible

Nice vibe, great burgers with huge portions. Prices are reasonable. The service took a little long, but they where just very busy I guess.

I waited for way over 40 minutes here at a table this evening and no one attended to me.

At first I thought they must've forgot and I thought I'd just wait a bit. Or you know, maybe they have a different protocol.

But waiters were attending to people sitting just around me (it was a round table)

And then I thought even if you forgot or thought you'd attended to me, I'd expect waiters to check in with the table they're serving to see how it was going. Which would then reveal oh, no one has served me. Well that didn't happen.

I don't know the explanation and I don't care.

I just know I wanted to get some drinks and food and have a chill evening by myself and that didn't happen. Instead, I got upset.

the food is delicious.
the waiters service was one of the worst i ever had. actually no service what so ever. so if you are looking for tasty food with really bad service it is the place

Great food! If you're missing out on an American style burger. Great service, many servers speak English.
