Well, one of my best experiences I had during my stay in Freiburg. I tried different things here, milkshakes, coffee and hot chocolates. All are great! Staff are really friendly, like Christian. He is the best. I had a little chat with him and we got to know each other. He even offered me a free hit chocolate. Definitely very happy with this and I’ll come again!

Delicious, friendly staff and amazing location! I ordered the Strawberry milkshake which was very refreshing! Definitely will come again!
Well, I just had another great experience with Incontro! Christian is so great and very nice. I had a good chat with him and we laughed. Being so generous, he offered my a free hot chocolate! Thanks Chris!

Best gelato ever tried in Germany.. we had one round on our day strolling and it was so yumm that by the end of the day before catching our Train we had another round of ice cream.. must try

One of the best Italian Ice cream in Freiburg! A must try if you’re an ice-cream fan! They have some of nice and unique flavors.
