The parking house closes already at 19.30h, we didn't realize and had to pay 40 euros for a key service to open the door, which tried to charge us the money first of all without a receipt and only when we threatened to call the police they offered a hand-written one. They charged us the ticket price as well, for which we did not get a receipt. By the way the only thing the key service did was opening the entrance gate, by pressing the button to get a new ticket. Nach 19:30 Uhr unter der Woche kommt man nicht mehr aus dem Parkhaus raus, da es keinen Kassenautomaten im Parkhaus gibt. Den Bewertungen nach ist es auch schon diversen Leuten passiert, dass sie die Info dass das Parkhaus nach 19:30 Uhr nicht wahrgenommen haben. Spätestens dann sollte man darüber nachdenken, diesen wichtigen Hinweis irgendwie deutlicher zu platzieren.

Nachtrag: Vielen Dank für die freundliche Rückmeldung. Dass um 7:00 Uhr morgens der Kiosk noch nicht offen hatte, war wie man mir erklärte, ein Versehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Bis auf eine deutlichere Platzierung des Hinweises, dass das Parkhaus ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit nicht mehr verlassen werden kann, gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Wir waren heute als Touristen in Freiburg unterwegs. Wir haben das Schild, dass das Parkhaus bis 19:30 geöffnet ist nicht gesehen, weil es zwar da ist aber die Uhrzeit im Schilderwald untergeht. Aber dass wir dann heute um 20 Uhr da stehen und nicht mehr raus fahren konnten war schon ein starkes Stück. Man kann das Ticket nur am Kiosk lösen der leider nur bis 19:30 Uhr geöffnet hat.
Wir standen dann da und mussten den Schlüsseldienst rufen. Mit uns wartete noch ein anderes Paar dem das gleiche passiert ist. Jedes Paar musste dann 60 Euro bezahlen damit wir an unser Auto kamen.
Wir waren alle wahnsinnig geschockt wie in der heutigen Zeit, in Freiburg, in direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt so was vorkommen kann. Dass man nicht mehr rein fahren kann, Ok. Aber dass man sein ticket nicht mehr lösen kann und dann nicht mehr an sein Auto kommt, sorry aber das ist absolut unverschämt. Da gehört doch einfach nur ein Automat installiert, der mal ganz davon abgesehen nicht die Welt kostet, für Leute die später raus fahren möchten. Laut Schlüsseldienst passiert das zwar nicht täglich aber in der Woche schon öfter. Heißt für uns, dass sich die Betreiber echt mal Gedanken machen sollten.
