The conference room that was made available to us was much too small, initially we put up with it. However, when a positive Corona case occurred, we asked for a larger room to be able to keep the distances better. Unfortunately, this was not possible and the hotel showed no understanding here. So we had to stay in the already tight space.
We only found out when we asked the hotel management that the participant in our group was positive and in the hospital. There was no information to the seminar leader.

As a gesture of goodwill, the hotel at least organized tests for everyone after multiple requests.

A hygiene concept is specified on the website. However, the hotel manager claimed that this was not true and that we were not entitled to certain points. After all, she would have recently edited the website herself.
Well, the concept was clearly verifiable on the website and a year old. Was probably nothing with recently changed myself...

I also had returnable bottles in my room which I put on my dresser next to my full bottles.

So it was obvious that I would like to keep it and give it away myself. After my room was cleaned, the returnable bottles were gone. They were brands that weren't available for purchase at the hotel, so it can't be a mistake.

That's why there are only two stars.

Fangen wir mit dem positiven an. Das Essen war super und die Räume schön. Außerdem hat das hotel eine entspannte Dachterrasse und einen eigenen Fitnessraum. Außerdem liegt es sehr zentral.

Zum zum überwiegenden und negativen Teil.
Selbst bei schönen Räumen hat mein keine Freude wenn diese dreckig sind. Schon bei Ankunft fiel auf dass das Zimmer nicht sauber war. Auch nachdem dann zwischendurch das Zimmer "geputzt" wurde, war am Boden noch überall Staub. Auch auf sämtlichen Flächen wie auf den Nachttischen wurde nicht gereinigt.
Es wurden lediglich das Bettzeug zusammengelegt und neue Handtücher ins Bad gelegt.

Das Personal war teilweise richtig unhöflich und ich hatte das Gefühl dass auch die interne Kommunikation nicht gestimmt hat.

Gefragt was passiert wenn man etwas später zum essen kommt. An der Rezeption hieß es dann dass es kein Problem sei weil das Essen dann warm gehalten wird und man es der Küche mitteilt. Soweit so gut, am nächsten Tag wurde man dann dafür kritisiert dass man spät kam und doch bitte früher erscheinen soll. Nun ja.. Mehr gibt's dazu nicht zu sagen.

Der Tagungsraum der uns zur Verfügung gestellt wurde war viel zu klein, anfangs haben wir uns noch damit abgefunden. Als jedoch ein positiver Corona Fall auftrat baten wir um einen größeren Raum um die Abstände besser einhalten zu können. Dies war leider nicht möglich und das Hotel zeigte hier kein Verständnis. So mussten wir in dem sowieso engen Raum bleiben.
Auch erfuhren wir erst auf Nachfrage beim Hotelmanagement dass der Teilnehmer unserer Gruppe positiv und im Krankenhaus ist. Es gab keine Info an die Seminarleitung.

Auf mehrfache bitte wurden aus Kulanz dann durch das Hotel wenigstens Tests für alle organisiert.

Auf der Website ist ein Hygienekonzept angegeben. Die Hotelmanagerin behauptete jedoch dass dies nicht stimme und wir kein Anrecht auf gewisse Punkte haben. Sie hätte die Website schließlich selbst vor kurzem bearbeitet.
Nunja das Konzept war eindeutig auf der Website nachweisbar und ein Lahr alt. War wohl nix mit vor kurzem selbst geändert...

Ich hatte außerdem auf meinem Zimmer Pfandflaschen die ich neben meine vollen Flaschen auf meine Kommode gestellt habe.

Es war also klar ersichtlich dass ich die behalten Und selbst abgeben möchte. Nachdem mein Zimmer gereinigt wurde, waren die Pfandflaschen weg. Es waren Marken die es nicht im Hotel zum Erwerb gab also kann es auch kein Versehen sein.

Deshalb gibt es nur zwei Sterne.

Nettes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Super Frühstück und Abendessen (Menue). Leider war das Zimmer nicht zufriedenstellend. Im Bad roch es sehr stark nach Abfluss bzw. Kanal, da wohl der Geruchsverschluss der Dusche defekt war. Auf Nachfrage wurde versucht mit Chlor Abhilfe zu schaffen, was aber lediglich eine neue Geruchsnote hinzufügte... Anderes Zimmer war angeblich nicht verfügbar. Zumindest nicht in dieser Preisklasse. Hätte erwartet, dass man uns ein besseres Zimmer anbietet. Der Fön im Bad war so zu mit Staub, dass er sich ständig abschaltete. Wurde nach Hinweis an der Rezeption behoben (gereinigt). Sollte meiner Meinung nach zur täglichen Reinigung gehören. Die Umgebung ist schön, besonders der ganz in der Nähe liegende Park sowie die Innenstadt.
