The food is just amazing. If your grandmother was afghan she probably would cook like this. Do yourself a favor and grab something to eat here.
I'm a big man and one dish is enough to feel full.
Price is also very affordable. Food and drinks for two people was 23€.
Ambient is very cozy and the owners/cooks are adorable.
If I would live here I would be a regular.

Bam! Or as you Germans might say: SUPERLECKER! It was best in town in 1989 and the wall coming down hasn’t changed that. The best meal on our road trip so far, and that includes vs a 2 star Michelin...

Menu offers healthy choices as well as indulgent ones, ideal for a calm lunch or a particular dinner. We surely appreciated our meal here and would recommend it. Very welcoming personnel, hadn't been here before but would come back again. Did not wait long to be offered, meal showed up on time. Will be returning again, really liked our meal And Not too costly.

I've always had really good food here. Sometimes a bit cold if warmed up in the microwave. But flavour is definitely worth ones while. Looks a bit more like a quick in and out for lunch. Not really somewhere you want to go if you plan a nice, slow, quiet meal in a nice location. The food, however, is worth the trip.

Everything on the vegetarian menu is vegan, just ask for no yogurt sauce! Delicious food, I had the mix veggie plate and it was amazing! I will definitely be going back. There is also nice service, and tea with each meal!

Cooked with heart! We loved it for dinner and also during the lunch break on business days. The cooking style is authentic and not with taste enhancers or other artifical stuff.

Easily the best and most authentic restaurant in Freiburg by the most loving and charming family. Best food in town without a doubt.
