Overall, you get the feeling that everything is geared towards maximizing profit and you are neither a guest nor a customer, but the money you bring with you is seen - at least that applies to a Saturday evening (maybe it is better at a different time when less is going on?) . The low customer orientation is also made clear by the fact that you will actually not be able to pay by card here in 2021. The fact that you look in vain for a hint anywhere in the restaurant or on the card and are only pointed out when you pay, then fits into the overall picture.

Leider hat die zwischen unfreundlich, überheblich und desinteressiert schwankende Servicekraft dafür gesorgt, dass uns der Besuch in sehr schlechter Erinnerung geblieben ist. Zu Beginn wurden wir in kühler und herrischer Art an einen Tisch platziert. Am Nachbartisch wurden wenig später Leute darauf hingewiesen, dass sich sich zu zweit nicht an einen Tisch für vier Leute setzen dürfen. Da es recht voll war, mussten die Gäste dann wieder gehen (wobei sie sicher nicht wie Gäste behandelt wurden). Insgesamt bekommt man das Gefühl, dass alles auf Profitmaximierung ausgerichtet ist und man weder Gast noch Kunde ist, sondern das Geld was man mitbringt gesehen wird - zumindest gilt das für ein Samstagabend (vielleicht ist es zu anderer Zeit, wenn weniger los ist besser?). Deutlich wird die geringe Kundenorientierung auch noch dadurch, dass man hier im Jahr 2021 tatsächlich nicht mit Karte zahlen kann. Dass man hierzu vergebens nach einem Hinweis irgendwo im Lokal oder auf der Karte sucht und erst beim Bezahlen darauf hingewiesen wird, passt dann auch ins Gesamtbild.
