if you go out to the balcony, it is one of the perfect places to watch the crowd at Münsterplatz. They are Italian, they have a sense of humor, which is not always understood by German tourists. it was a pleasant stay for me

Terrible service. I asked the waiter for an iced coffee. He brought me a hot latte with three cubes of ice on the side. They melted immediately leaving me with a warm grimy coffee and when I politely asked for more ice the waiter proceeded to make sarcastic comments for the remaining time I was in the cafe such as "cold enough for you" etc. My friend asked for tap water and when the waiter said they didn't serve tap water she said she wouldn't have anything as I was the only one wanting a drink in the first place. He then brought her out tap water so we presumed he was doing us a favour....until we saw the bill. I was charged twice for water so I presume I was also charged for the ice that went into my iced coffee. The whole thing could have been avoided if they just said they only served hot coffee.

Awful, awful place. My friend and I went to get two coffees. Staff repeatedly made fun of my friend to the point that she cried after we left. I asked for tap water when they didnt have what I was hoping to get, they said no, so i said i would just wait while my friend had her coffee, then they bought out one glass of tap water and charged for two glasses. Awful awful awful.

We were giving our order to the waiter and I guess we were taking too long as he threw his hands in the air and walked off. We also watched him throw a woman’s money back on her table after she was counting it for too long or incorrectly. We up and left, terrible way to treat customers.

Ive been here 2 times and the Iced Coffee they offer are all good and tasty, one of my favorite is Iced Cappuciono Highly Recommended ???? if ever I visit Freiburg again, will surely visit this place for coffee ☕

The comments are so horrible, that we didn't even bother trying that place. I would advise you to do the same thing.
The cafe next to it is a very nice place, I would recommend you to go there.

Rude service
Mediocre (at best) ice cream

Check the other places for ice cream. I can deal with a bad product, but bad service (again and again) is just not okay.
