Really great location, as everything was max 6min far away!
The room was clean and tidy! (We had already sit on the bed on this photo, that's why it doesn't look that much tidy)
There is shampoo for body and hair, towels, hair dryer and always a hot water which I love it so much!
We paid a really good price of 46€ of this room and the reception guys where all so helpful and kind with us all the time!! This is for sure my safe place when I visit Frankfurt!!

The room was typical of what I see in Europe. Had what I needed. Located in the center part of town. I got around easily via Uber, walking and scooters. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and the old town center was right there. The staff were helpful and polite to me. You might wonder about the double thick 1m squared giant pillows; look in the cupboard for the spare sleeping pillows and use the giant ones for sitting up in the bed.

I have no clue why this hotel gets those good reviews and I question their neutrality.

If you put aside that the rooms are not tastefully decorated (time travel to 1970 - but it’s a matter of taste), there are real problems about the place.

It’s totally worn down. You see it in the bathroom (dents, dirty shower joints, no water pressure). The beds are old and bad. There is noise all over (from the club next door, the hallway). In my case it was also not really clean (e.g. the little tray in the bathroom was stained, with human hair). I was a tad worried my bed could be dirty too (though no proof). Going to the room was also creepy. Elevator worn down. No light in the hallway.

Reminiscing of one of those haunted hotels shows on American TV.

The only case I could think of going again, is if I were in a horribly tight budget, or if I needed to lay low (no one would look for me there, really).

Location is good, that's the only positive thing. We arrived at our room and there were some dirty towels and sheets on the floor. There was garbage too. They didn't finish the cleaning. They apologize but this thing shouldn't happen in a hotel. I think they are disorganized or simply don't care. The light in the bathroom didn't work out. I wouldn't return.

We came into Frankfurt and arrived to the hotel around 10:30pm to check in for two nights. They told us that the room didn’t have running water so we would have to stay at their sister hotel, Hotel Expo. It was just a 5 minute walk away. I was so confused and tired we said ok and went walking with all of our luggage. It was more like 10 minutes away and it was a bit of a sketchy walk as two women. We arrived at hotel expo to find that the room did not have air conditioning and it was incredibly small and uncomfortable. Hotel expo said they only had a room available for that night and the next day we would have to check out with them and store our luggage until they could figure out what to do. Absolutely not. We stayed a miserable night at hotel expo, woke up and went to Hotel Miramar immediately. I asked for a refund because I was so tired of dealing with this and would rather pay 3x more for no drama and legitimate facilities. They magically had a room available and I actually found the room at hotel Miramar pleasant (the air conditioning worked great!) It was the lack of communication and the running around that made this hotel unacceptable.

i love where the property was situated, walking distance to Romerberg and from there everything can be a walking distance. Honestly, the place is good for the value. there is a lift (good for 2 people); the room they gave us was away from the streets, there is aircon in the room. a mini fridge, television ( if you know how to do cast, youll be able to watch your favourite shows ), honestly the room is good for us ( we are Asians so we don’t need much space)

No internet, no refund:
The IT guy was trying to help me fix the wifi but it wasn't fixed until the very last night of my stay - which meant I had no internet for the whole visit. Then, they refused to give me any refund for this, and hung up on me when I called them to ask to speak to a manager. I've never had such a bad experience with a hotel before so I had to make this review.
