Compared to the smaller stores in other towns, the selection is larger. And that's about the only good thing in this branch. There are several cashes on almost all levels in this store and yet an exchange or return is only possible on the first floor and needless to say: IT'S FULL. We waited almost 90 minutes just to exchange some pants! When you have a store like Zara, that's constantly overrun by people and you expect exchanges or returns daily, you should organize your store to run more efficiently than that. Besides the huge line on the exchange counter, the store is a mess and chaotic by the end of the day. However, I can't blame the workers there. For being such a large branch, it's severely understaffed and the workers who are coping with the large amount of people, the pressure and the conditions, are doing an incredible job in staying friendly, calm and customer oriented.

Customer service minimal if it’s crowded, nevertheless always friendly and helpful.
Clean, organized and big. I like to go there Monday-Thursday so it’s not so crowded and become always great service and no line to pay. Watch out for sales and promotions to get good deals! I recommend downloading the app looking the products and then going to the store, since sometimes the good stuff are not so easy to find.

Conveniently located at one of the more central locations on the city’s main shopping street, Zeil. While it does offer a good selection of merchandise, the store tends to be pretty messy and disorganized in addition to annoyingly busy. It’s often so busy that it’s just too difficult to shop and the line to pay would take a good 20 minutes to get through.

If you aren’t a fan of crowded stores, then I’d walk another 10 minutes down the street to their second location. It’s usually much emptier and they offer a decent (though not as good) selection of clothing.
If you don’t mind a busy store than I definitely recommend!

Horrible customer service. Would NOT recommend to go there. If you wanna shop at Zara go to the other store, which is located 5 min away down the street.

Especially that sales asisstent Daniel is horrible to deal with. My mom wanted to return a shirt a week after buying it with its tags on and everything. He refused to participate even after another CUSTOMER stepped up and defended my mother, saying the shirt was in absolutely perfect shape and according to their policy he would have to take it back. Even after that customer (I am thanking you very much for helping my mother) argued with Daniel for 15 min, he still refused to do his job and take the shirt back. Furthermore he refused to tell them his full name after they asked for it and ignoring the demand to talk to manager.

Unfair, rude, impolite, unprofessional and straight out nasty!!!
Horrible place, employees and experience!!!

Rude and unprofessional staff. VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE! Such a turnoff especially when shopping is supposed to be a mood lifter.

I wanted to have a blazer in another size, was directed to the cashier to ask for assistance. When I did, the lady told me someone will be with me shortly. Stood there waiting for 5 mins and NO ONE came to me. The cashier there was aware that I was standing there but she did not attend to me or acknowledge me AT ALL. Nor did she ask another of her colleague to help me. I walked away fuming and finally managed to get help from another male sales
assistant.

While paying up, the cashier was just so rude! ZERO EYE CONTACT AND ZERO CONVERSTARIONAL SKILLS. Her precious mouth was sealed tight and did not speak to me at all. If you're working in a service industry, these are just the basics. Greet a customer, do your ONE job which you can't even master and a little smile wouldn't kill you either. But NADA. NOTHING!

After paying and leaving the store, I realised that the cashier forgot to remove the electronic tag!!! The electronic sensor at the door beeped and I was like oh no she did not!

So yes, because of the cashier's inefficiency, I had to go back to get my tag removed.

All the staff here do not seem to be happy working here and they've got so many bad reviews! I only wish for the management to be able to see all of this. Worst ZARA experience EVER.

Very unfriedly and unprofessional staff. I asked for a dress and they told me to go upstairs, then upstairs they told me to ask downstairs, downstairs they didn't pay me any attention at all, not even looking at me. Finally, I asked to the guy in the fittting room, he ordered it for me and told me to wait five minutes because the dress was in the back room. After twenty minutes as I saw the dress wasn't coming I decided to try on the other clothes I had picked up but he guy said it was too late and they were going to close!!! When I replied that I had been waiting for the dress for 15 minutes he looked surprised, said he didn't remember, told me the dress wasn't there and that it was too late to try on the other clothes too. So I ended up without dress, without trying on the other clothes and having wasted my time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Has pretty afforabmw but beautiful clothing and for every season you get more which is amusing and greafg not like other markets that use child labour from third world countries to benefits of it cough primark's thatswhy its good. Also the workers are helpful and the design of the house itself is eye catching and astonishing. Anyways the clothes do end up having good quality and look decent for a longer period of time. Thus its recommendable to shop here if u earn medium amount of money like u dont need to be edreemley extremeley rich but also too poor.
Also very update up to date considering new trends and fashionable expensive looking , sometimes actually expensive.
