You have to see their extensive selection of beautifully crafted and high quality Swiss chocolates! Wow!

I left with three boxes of pralines, truffles, and grand cru noir assortment. And a few chocolate pieces for a Christmas tree :)

I have known the chocolate from Switzerland for years.

They have a great selection of chocolates and pralines. There are special editions for the 4 seasons and these are always worth trying.

The service is always friendly and helpful. It's definitely the best chocolate in the world.

Very friendly and warm service.
Always prefer to buy my chocolates in Germany than Switzerland as they seem to be cheaper....

So pricy and uncreative. As I believe, a really expensive dessert shop should have best creations, really good presentations, best services and best quality chocolates. But I see are very traditional kind of chocolates, very very uncreative I don't find something really creative or beautiful or interesting. I don't see much value in the chocolates. For me the taste is the least important thing, rather I would like something really funny as gifts.

Super annoying staff. It is like, if you are begging them to get some chocolate. Furthermore, they didn't allowed us to take a picture of chocolates. A note to Läderach staff: Please search "Läderach" on the social media, start with "Google Images", and try to remove every single picture showing your super secret chocolates. If its about the showcase, you just put the blocks of chocolates. Also your staff can't speak English so they don't understand what I want. When I show them the chocolate they say don't show with the finger! Well, you should understand English then. I did not touch the chocolate I just show to communicte. Its super annoying. Please change your costumer communication policy and be more friendly.

So lecker, the lady can speak English and she was so helpful and friendly. Also she was so patience to explain to me Whether chocolate has Alcohol or not.
