Am Sonntag musste meine Tochter operiert werden. Wir waren eine Woche auf Station und wirklich ALLE waren sehr nett. Und damit meine ich wirklich ALLE die in der Woche Dienst hatten.
Den einzigen Minuspunkt den es gibt, ist das Mittagessen, das war einfach nicht mein Ding. Aber das kann auch daran liegen, dass ich Sorge hatte und keinen Appetit.

Ich kann die teils sehr negativen Bewertungen hier nicht bestätigen. Meine 1jährige Tochter konnte plötzlich nicht mehr laufen und hatte Schmerzen. Wir waren zweimal beim Kinderarzt ohne Ergebnis, wurden dann zum Orthopäden überwiesen, dieser konnte uns auch nicht helfen und schickte uns schließlich rüber in die Kinderklinik. Obwohl wir dort dann ohne Termin standen wurde sich sofort um uns gekümmert. Mir wurde sehr aufmerksam zugehört und alles genaustens aufgenommen. Meine Tochter wurde dann sehr gründlich untersucht und musste daher einiges über sich ergehen lassen, was für sie ( und für mich vielleicht noch mehr)natürlich sehr unangenehm war. Die ganze Zeit wurden wir sehr liebevoll und empathisch behandelt und mussten zwischen den Untersuchungen auch nie allzu lange warten. Wir hatten auch fast durchgehend einen Medizinstudenten im Praktikum an unserer Seite, der uns zu allen Untersuchungen gebracht hat, geholfen hat unsere Sachen zu tragen. Dr. Theis und das gesamte Team das uns betreut und untersucht hat waren wirklich fantastisch und haben uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht. Heute waren wir noch einmal zur Kontrolle da und wieder wurde sich Zeit für uns genommen und ausführlich geschaut. Vielen vielen Dank dafür!! Ärzte und Pfleger leisten hier nicht nur medizinisch, sondern auch menschlich ganz viel.

Ich kann die schlechte Erfahrungen von anderen nicht bestätigen. Es gibt zwar Punkte wo eine Besserung Willkommen wäre, aber das ist nichts woran man rumreiten kann.
