I just got attention at the eye care for emergencies a Saturday at 9am.
Staff is friendly and available to help you. If you have an emergency, you can come here between 9am and 8pm. You'll be treated within 30 minutes usually.

However there are also patients who have to get controlled (after surgery for example). They follow another queue and see another doctor (I saw just the emergency doctor). For them, waiting times can be longer on a Saturday ~2h perhaps, so an appointment is recommended. This is normal because they are not on emergency and there are only a handful of ophthalmologists at the hours I went.

Das Gebäude selbst scheint seit 1948 nicht mehr renoviert worden zu sein, geht dort nicht hin, an alle Privatpatienten, gebt das Geld besser in einer anderen Klinik aus!

Ich um 12:30 Ihr da und bekam dann die Aussage das ich um 11:30 Uhr da sein sollte, der Assistenzarzt jetzt keine Zeit hat und ich bis 14 Uhr warten soll. Was haben wir uns alle gefreut… Unterirdisch…
