Its a nice hotel with great breakfast, my room was clean and comfy. amenities of the hotel and rooms are good for short stay. i also liked the designs and decoration. location is a bit off too my taste but it was beside a bus station. the photograph take and print machine in the lobby itself worth a 5 star!

This is an extremely basic hotel, no telephone in the room, no kettle or tea in the room, breakfast is the same for the entire 6days we stayed with them

Some of the receptionist have terrible attitude especial the pair that worked during the day on the evening of the 1st of October, Laura and Ryan were great.

Tried to get a key to my room only to wait like 30min after which I was informed that its not possible that I was occupying the room because apparently I was checked into a different room on the system but physically I am in a different room.....its only been less than 24hour and just weird.

The worst hotel, I have ever seen. Everything started from the moment at registration. We did online check-in, and then waited 30 minutes to get a card and a room (for what you have online if we must to wait?). The personal not professional, when you ask for something they snap and go to the back room. In the room you don’t have minibar, so at night if you want to drink you must go to the shop because bar in the hotel don’t work and you don’t have regular water in the room(this is minimum what you must do for your costumers). In the night I’m come to reception and ask the staff to buy a water he took money and left, came back after 5 minutes threw money at me and said the bar is closed. the most uncomfortable mattresses I've ever slept on in hotels, hot water in the room didn't work, no wardrobe and fridge.
There were no vegetables at breakfast and you're asking 400 euros for 2 nights? for what?
The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. The most uncomfortable and unfriendly hotel I have ever seen.

this hotel deserves a maximum of 1 star
I’ll never come back here!!!

Located about 10-15mins drive from Frankfurt Airport that costs between EUR 20-25 with Uber.

The niu Air looks lik a relatively new hotel that is close enough to the airport that would only recommend if you're staying a night in Frankfurt and need to be close to the airport before moving on.

We were able to get a pretty low booking rate compared to others in the area on Booking with generous free cancellation on the day. Check-in and check-out can be done online as well.

The service staff are pretty bare and not the most attentive. Good if you're just in and out l, but maybe not the best if you need some help. Room itself was new and clean but very basic. Very little amenities, no coffee/tea, closet or room fridge. We were able to catch up on sleep however which was good and wifi connection was good as well.

There's a good grocery store within a 10min walk of the hotel which is convenient to get something to eat on a budget as well.

This place is dirty and they don’t know customer service. They charge for parking but don’t manage it at all! I’m fact they charged guest for parking and today multiple cars were towed because they were in residential parking spots in the shared garage. Often broken bottles or glass is outside the entrance. Stay in the nearby ibis or other hotels and don’t have your car towed!

Nice hotel , comfy room , good price but don’t try to get anything from the bar . You have to wait for at least 1 hour or as long as it takes for everyone to check in before you get served . Three attendants checking guests in . No one at the bar . Terrible service . I would not recommend .

I will never stay at this hotel again. The receptionist is unprofessional, rude, and overall unfriendly. There is minimal parking that gets overbooked. I have seen guests cars being towed because they were parking in residential spots that were not clearly marked. The staff takes zero accountability.
